🚚 Delivery Across Pakistan

• We ship to all cities across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

⚡ Express Delivery (Sargodha Only)

• We offer 60-minute to same-day express delivery within Sargodha city (subject to stock availability and delivery location).
• For fastest service, please place your order during working hours and confirm it promptly.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 250.
• Free Shipping may apply during special promotions or sales.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

⏳ Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
• Weather disruptions
• Public strikes
• Courier service issues
• Note: Manto is not responsible for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.

🚫 Undelivered Orders

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to re-deliver.
• Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

❗ Returns Due to Wrong Address

• Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate.
• Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect address may incur additional delivery charges.

🔍 Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
• You can also contact our support team for real-time order updates.

Refund Policy

At Manto, your satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure the quality of every product we send out. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
• You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• The product is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging

❌ Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product has been used or damaged after delivery
• The issue is due to change of mind or minor color variation
• You contact us after 3 days of delivery
• Packaging is missing or product is worn

🔄 Exchange Process

1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp or email within 3 days
2. Share your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if needed)
3. Once approved, you can send the product back to our return address
4. After inspection, we will process the exchange

Note: Customer pays return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

We generally offer exchanges only, not refunds. Refunds are approved only in rare cases:

• If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
• If you paid online and the product was never delivered

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

📦 Wrong Size or Style?

We recommend reviewing product sizes and descriptions carefully before placing an order. Size or style change requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not always be approved.
